The blue hunter: bane to anything that crawls, swims, flies or slithers through the wetlands. This guy posed monument-like as I sat quietly just a few feet away. Obviously human presence was expected and perhaps grudgingly endured in this environment. A few frames, and an even longer stretch to just observe hoping I might catch him as he caught dinner. And then it was time for me to leave him to his life of picturesque, but deadly beauty.
